Art Therapy

Art therapy is a mental health treatment that uses creative expression to help people process their emotions and thoughts. Art is another creative outlet for anyone to use. There are so many different forms of art and you can use any of them as a creative outlet. You can paint, draw with pencils, pens, crayons, you can sculpt things out of clay. It is an endlessly creative way for an outlet that is why it is sometime used for therapy. Art therapists use art as an outlet to help with someone's emotions, sometimes you cannot talk about things but can express them in a different format, art can be that format. I think any creative outlet is helpful in people's lives. It not only helps in many ways, but it enriches their lives.
